2001년 이후 한국 현대주택의 전통주택 공간적 특성 표현 경향에 관한 연구

As the traditionality was required after 2001, the (innumerable) architectural expression(s) has been generated vividly. To apply the spatial traits of Korean traditional house to contemporary domestic architect, this study is aimed for understanding of expression tendency and the traits by elements. Borrowed Scenery Structures :The visual communication appears in common space resulted from windshield glasses and that appears in personal space as well allocating windows. Moreover, the layout is made by the order of correspondence with nature for the active utilization of Borrowed Scenery Structures. Che-Na-Num(divided-mass:Korean’s own style) : As the functions of residence and office added, the Che-Na-Num phenomenon appears more precisely, Each mass is connected with either front yard or inside corridor. Ma-Dang(Korean court yard) : The functions are subdivided and inner-yard-focused layout occurs. And besides, the area is expanded because of the connection with natural matters surrounding the Ma-Dang. That also varies in appearance due to the materials constituted and different height. Furthermore, in urban-Korean-Style Hous, Ma-Dang becomes introvert style and Ma-Dang is remodeled inside-space based on reinterpretation of it. Plan(space) style : The typical type of plan is 'ᆷ'style, ‘ᆨ’style, and 'ᅳ'style. The outer space is linked through the transfer space and the ma-ru or the corridor comes into a duplex space formed. In addition, a space like Ru-Ma-Ru(an upper floor) is reinterpreted and transformed to a livingroom or a study which are inside spaces. Whereas a folding wall or a variable wall is used, which defines the space flexibility in Korean Traditional Houses. Ma-Ru(Korean floor space): : Toen-Ma-Ru(narrow wooden porch running along the outside of a room) was made to connect inside-outside space and Ru-Ma-Ru(an upper floor) and Dae-Chung-Ma-Ru (the main floored room)was remodeled in the interior space. Generally after 2001, the characteristics of exterior spaces at the Korean Traditional House were made in the interior spaces. And the characteristics of public-space were made in the. private space separately. The urban type and the size of site are considered as the reason of the tendency.
