뉴실버세대의 인지된 자아존중감이 사회참여와 심리적 안정감에 미치는 영향

Effect of Self Esteem on Social Participation, Psychological Well-being of New-Silver Generation

본 연구는 뉴실버세대의 실태분석을 실시하고 뉴실버세대의 인지된 자아존중감이 사회참여와 심리적 안정감에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 뉴실버세대를 대상으로 한 산업 및 정책을 어떻게 입안하고 발전시킬 수 있을지에 대해 고찰해 보았다. 본 연구결과를 종합하면, 뉴실버세대의 인지된 자아존중감은 사회참여와 심리적 안정감에 부분적으로 영향을 미치며, 인구통계학적인 차이도 존재한다고 볼 수 있다. 특히 인지된 자아존중감에서는 자긍심이 다양하게 영향을 미치고 있기 때문에 가장 중요하다고 볼 수 있으며, 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 차이는 학력과 월평균수입, 건강상태, 노후준비에서 차이가 존재하고 있기 때문에 이 부분에 대한 고려가 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

In this study, self-esteem that has been recognized in New silver generation by performing the actual situation analysis of new silver generation to analyze the impact on the sense of stability and psychological social participation, which as an industrial policy that targets the new silver generation I tried to consider about what can be developed making in planning. It is believed that overall the results of this study, self-esteem, which is recognition of new silver generation, influenced in part on a sense of stability and psychological social participation, demographic differences also exist. In particular, the pride was recognized, since pride is affecting different and can be seen to be the most important differences between demographic preparing monthly average income and education, health, old age since the difference is present, it was possible to know that the study of this part is necessary.
