최근 들어 우리나라에도 마케팅수단으로서 각종 전시가 활발해지고 있따. 이런 가운데 물류분야 에서도 물류기기 전시회, 물류장비 박람회, 운송서비스, 물류자동화, RFID(Radio Frequency Identification RFID tag), 파렛트, 지게차 등 여러 분야로 전시회는 열리고 있으며 여기에 참가하는 물류 업체도 많아지고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 전시회에 대한 경험이 부족하여 전시부스크기, 장소, 위치 선택에만 집중되어 전시부스를 선택되어지고 있다. 하지만 전시는 유형에 따라 전시부스는 다르게 구성되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 전시유형에 따라 전시부스구조가 관람객만족도에 미치는 영향을 다를 것으로 판단되어 전시부스가 전시유형에 따라 관람객만족도를 분석하였다. 이에 전시부스 선택하는데 있어서 전시의 유형에 맞는 부스구조 계획을 하는 것이 바람직하다고 보고, 전시의 유형에 따라 전시구조는 관람객의 만족도는 다르다고 판단된다. 그래서 전시에 참가하는데 있어서 전시유형에 따라 전시부스를 구성할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 연구의 목적을 두고, 연구를 하게 되었으며, 본 연구 대상은 우리나라에서 개최되고 있는 물류전시에 참가한 관람객들을 중심으로 설문지를 이용하여 조사를 하였다. 조사에 응답한 사람은 총 501명으로 본 연구의 기초자료로 활용하여 관람만족도를 분석하였다.
