The Effect of AEO Certification on the Performance of Logistics using Statistical Analysis In Bonded carrier

최근 세계 무역량 증가와 더불어 테러활동의 위험으로부터 안전한 무역망을 구축하기 위하여 수출업체와 물류회사는 AEO인증의 도입이 경쟁력을 높일 수 있는 경영혁신방법으로 주목하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 보세운송사업자의 AEO인증 기준이 물류성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 통하여 AEO인증의 요소가 물류서비스 개선 및 물류비 절감의 효과에 영향을 미치는 정도를 실증적으로 연구하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 AEO인증 활동이 물류성과에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위하여 국내의 보세운송사업자를 대상으로 연구하였다. 본 연구는 AEO인증 기준의 변수가 물류성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 위하여 보세운송사업자를 대상으로 AEO도입에 의한 물류성과에 관한 실태를 분석하였고, 설문조사를 통하여 AEO인증 기준 요인과 물류성과 요인의 상관관계를 검증⋅고찰하였다. 기존의 연구논문과 선행연구 자료를 바탕으로 이론적 고찰을 연구하였으며, 이러한 문헌을 바탕으로 연구모형을 설정하여 설문지의 측정문항을 설계하고 설문조사를 실시하여 상관관계를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 설문조사를 통한 가설검증 결과, 측정도구의 신뢰도 측정에 있어서는 AEO인증 기준 요소인 법규준수, 재무건전성, 안전관리, 내부통제 관리는 서비스 효과, 물류비 절약 등 물류성과 요인에 만족스러운 것으로 나타났으며 설문지의 타당성도 높은 것으로 검증되었다. 본 연구는 물류부분의 보세운송사업자를 대상으로 AEO인증 활동이 물류성과에 효과가 있다는 연구결과를 도출하였다는 점에서 연구 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

As the world trade volume has been increased, exporting companies and logistics companies are focusing on innovative managerial method for improving competitiveness by adopting AEO certification in order to establish a safe trade network from the risk of terror activities. Therefore, this study aimed to practically research a degree of how AEO certification elements influenced on improvement of logistics service and reduction of logistics expenses through a research dealing with how AEO certification criteria of bonded carrier affected on the logistics performance. This study had domestic bonded carriers as subjects in the research in order to identify the effect of AEO certification activities on the logistics performance. This study has analyzed the actual conditions of logistics performance after adopting AEO on bonded carriers in order to research how AEO certification criteria variables influenced on logistics performance. In addition, a survey was conducted to verify and consider the correlation between AEO certification criteria and logistics performance elements. Theoretical research was proceeded according to previous dissertations and studies. Based on such literature review, research model was established designing the items for measurement on a survey that was conducted to verify correlation. According to the result of hypothesis verification through a survey, AEO certification criteria elements; obeisance of law, financial transparency, safety management, and internal control management, were turned out to satisfy logistics performance factors such as service effect or logistics expenses saving in terms of measurement of reliability on estimating tools. In addition, the survey was verified to be highly valid. This study is regarded to be meaningful in that it derived a result of the research representing how AEO certification activities were effective in logistics performance on bonded carriers in the field of logistics.
