The Impact of Procedural Justice on Logistics Performance through Collaboration in SCM

본 연구는 공급사슬관리의 절차공정성을 계약을 중심으로 계약체결공정성과 계약이행공정성으로 구분하고, 절차공정성의 하위개념이 공급사슬협력과 물류성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 대기업과 중소기업별로 구분하여 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 1,500부의 설문을 우편으로 발송하였으며 최종적으로 336개의 유효응답표본을 통계에 사용하였다. 기업 규모별로는 중소기업 156개와 대기업 180개를 차지하고 있다. 가설에 대한 실증분석 결과, 첫째, 대기업의 경우 계약체결공정성은 공급사슬협력과 정(+)의 유의한 관계를 가진다. 그러나 계약이행공정성은 공급사슬협력에 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중소기업의 경우에도 계약체결공정성은 공급사슬협력에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나 계약이행공정성은 공급사슬협력에 비유의적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 대기업 및 중소기업의 경우 모두 공급사슬협력은 물류성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다.

This study aims to divide procedural justice in supply chain management into justice in contract agreement and justice in contract fulfillment in order to find out the impact of sub-dimensions of procedural justice on supply chain collaboration and logistics performance in each of two groups; large and small to medium sized enterprises. We conduct a survey via mail and in total 336 valid response samples were used for statistical analysis. Among 336 responses, 156 reponses are from small to medium sized enterprises and 180 reponses are from large sized enterprises. As a result of hypothesis test, first, in large sized enterprises’ case, justice in contract agreement has a positive relationship with supply chain collaboration, while justice in contract fulfillment doesn’t have a significant effect on supply chain collaboration. Second, in small to medium sized enterprises’ case, justice in contract agreement has a positive effect on supply chain collaboration, while justice in contract fulfillment has nonsignificant effect on supply chain collaboration. Lastly, in both cases, supply chain collaboration has a positive effect on logistics performance.
