A Study on the Investment Decision making for the Real Estate Mortgage NPL

This study focused on the investment decision variables that investors and the person in charge of special purpose company consider as significant factors for NPL investment. The methodology of this study use AHP to attract the critical factors applying the combined weighting. The results explain that the most significant factor for NPL investment is profitable characteristics considering such as unsubordinated bonds, distribution date of bond amount, real estate policy direction,chain of title of the sale of goods, collection method of bond dividend. As a result of analysis, the investors consider collection method of bond dividend as a most significant factor out of 36 combined weighting variables for NPL investment, otherwise voluntary payment method for the person of special purpose company.
