Studies on Normalization of the Property Development PF Project, NPL

In this study, ‘the literature explore, analysis of current status, case analysis’ was selected by the method of study. Specifically, First, in the literature explore, it was derived the problems of the Korean PF structure to explore the essence of ‘the Korean background of property development PF project, PF structure of the West’. Second, in the analysis current status, by analyzing ‘the current states of Property development PF project Non-Performing Loans(NPL), the current states of the Property development trust project’, was derived for each of the problems. Third, In the case analysis, was prepared the basis for normalization by analyzing the 'case of the structure improvement' of the property development PF project around the 'Resort 00'. Based on such analysis results, and set the 'normalization of the property development PF project, NPL', was finally presented the conclusions and policy implications.
