The purpose of this study is to explore influence relationships between macroeconomic factors and real estate auction markets. This study attempted to investigate and analysis influence relationships of industrial product index, composite leading index, exchange rate, consumer price index, house security loan rate and auction bidding rate for an extend study method of real estate market analysis. And in order to analyze them,conducted unit root test, granger causality test, impulse response analysis and variance decomposition analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was confirmed that long-term balanced relationship exists between macroeconomic factors and real estate auction markets. Second, it was confirmed that causality exists between macroeconomic factors and real estate auction markets. Last, it was confirmed that influence relationships exists between macroeconomic factors and real estate auction markets. The significance of this study is the meaningful attempt about analyzing real estate auction region markets.
