A Study on the Practice of Residential Environment Management through Resident Agreement in the Community Planning

This study aims at analyzing the Jangsu village community planning and then looking for implications for the residential environment management through resident agreement in the community planning. This study suggests, the following policy implications for the practice of resident agreement for steps of the community planning. First, resident steering committee may enter into resident agreement by hold a steering committee conference or resident general meeting. Second, resident agreement is need to the contents of regarding the housing improvement, the residential environment in the village, the resident stability of the villagers, and the formation of village community. Third, resident agreement should be contain details on the operation of the resident with the promise to the resident agreement contents.
