This empirical study analyzes how to charge management cost for apartment community facilities. This study aims to contributes to activation of apartment community facilities and prevent confliction among residents through statistical analysis methods. This study used 9 years of high rise residential complex data in Seoul. As a result, variable costs items (laundry costs, energy costs) and fixed costs items (staff personnel, consumables, septic tank sewage fees, fire insurance) were categorized. The result of 2nd curved provides reasonable using method of community facilities. By controlling the number of people using it, management cost can be reduced. This study is expected to raise satisfaction of residential through the effective management and operation of community facilities.
