주거지역내 학교시설의 정량적 설계평가항목 개발

A Study on the Extracting of Quantitative Design Assessment Items applied to Educational Facilities in Housing District

The purpose of this study was to extract quantitative design assessment items applied to educational facilities in housing district. In order to acquire those, the literal investigation of domestic bimonthly which was A&C was employed as a means. Survey of research investigated design expression that applied in these buildings. And in order to acquire these weights of design assessment items, the investigation with questionnaire by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) was employed as a mean. Targets of these investigation was 25 respondents which were experts of educational facilities(6) and experts of design field(19). In the results, We could find four categories, 16 items and 32 contents from the design assessment items. And we could find the differences in the weights of design assessment items. These results can be used for measure for building estimation and can be used for guide, when architects establish assesment items for design of educational facilities in housing district.
