A Study on the Important factors of Real Estate Brokerage Accident Prevention

The purpose of this study is to explore important factors of Real Estate Brokerage Accident Prevention. This study attempted to deduct and analyze important factors of brokerage accident prevention between real estate brokerage practical system and inspecting·explaining system of real estate intermedium. Moreover, this study attempted to conduct the analysis using the general statistical processing method based on the demographical data obtained from the questionnaire research on the basis of the understanding that the identity of the specialist is ambiguous when AHP is used under the brokerage accident prevention factors of real estate intermedium. And it attempted to analyze the cross-tabs of demographical characteristics by professional group to make an in-depth understanding of the specific contents. Finally, This study was made to find out the degree of importance through the case revealed that the brokerage accident prevention about real estate intermedium. The results of the study are as follows, First, it was found that improvement of the real estate brokerage contract system is the most important among the brokerage accident prevention factors. Second, it was found that assume the defect mortgage responsibility of the seller about inspecting·explaining of real estate intermedium is more important factors of brokerage accident prevention.
