Topological Relationship in the Oriental World

　Nowadays, Eastern Asia is developing and the importance in the world is increasing. They call these Phenomena “Re‐Orient” that regains the aria the past glory. However we have no international low enough to sustain the present prosperity. Indeed there is the international lows introduced from the Western, but their ability is not enough to solve the existing problems. Because the international lows are on the way of developing. Besides, there are the radical differences between Anglo‐American Law and Continental Law. The world is complex and inconsistent. Almost of the people are puzzled and cannot know how to settle. For this problem, the Theory of Network is prepared. Especially, the Theory of Scale Free Network is useful. Even in this day of the web society, the relation among the users is restricted geographically. On the other hand, communications are spreading at free scale. These are the real conditions of the network society. This means that the network is the topological space. So we ought to look over the world from higher dimension. This situation has made by long‐term circumstances. Therefore we have to consider Eastern Asia historically, that is the fourth dimension. By this mean, we can discover the international low assented by Asian people.
