어머니의 양육행동과 유아의 서번트 리더십이 유아의 의사결정력에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Mother’s Parenting Behavior and Young Children’s Servant Leadership on Young Children’s Decision Making Ability

이 연구는 유아의 의사결정력에 영향을 미치는 변인에 대한 이론적 근거를 바탕으로 어머니의 양육행동과 유아의 서번트 리더십간의 구조관계를 규명하고, 어머니의 양육행동이 유아의 의사결정력에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 유아의 서번트 리더십의 매개효과는 어떠한지 살펴보았다. 경기도 N시와 강원도 C시의 유치원에 다니고 있는 만4, 5세 유아를 대상으로 그들의 어머니와 담임교사로부터 수집한 자료를 SPSS Statistics Program 21.0과 Amos Program 21.0을 이용하여 통계처리 하였다. 연구결과, 어머니의 양육행동과 유아의 서번트 리더십은 유아의 의사결정력에 직접적인 영향을 미치며, 어머니의 양육행동과 유아의 의사결정력의 관계에서 유아의 서번트 리더십이 매개의 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 또래관계에서 문제를 해결해 나가는 유아의 의사결정력 향상을 위하여 어머니의 양육행동과 유아의 서번트 리더십의 영향을 고려해야함을 시사한다.

This research examined the structural relationship among Mother’s parenting behavior and young children’servant leadership based on theoretical reason of factor that impact on decision making ability of children. In addition, it investigates how was mediator effect of young children’s servant leadership likely being in the process that mother’s parenting behavior had influence on young children’s decision making ability. The information which is statistically proceed was collected from teachers and mothers of 4,5 years old children attend kindergartens in city of n in Kyunggido, and city of C in Kangwondo by using SPSS Statistics Program 21.0, and Amos Program 21.0. As a result of research, mother’s parenting behavior and young children’s servant leadership is directly impact on young children’s decision making ability. Also, young children’s servant leadership played mediating role in relationship between mother’s parenting behavior and young children’s decision making ability. This means that researchers need to consider effect of young children’s servant leadership for improvement of young children’s decision making ability in situation of resolving peer group’s problem.
