In this research, it was sought that ways to revitalize markets, evaluated marketing promotion planing and analyzed strategies of public relations of social media through development of Apps. An app was fabricated to achieve the object of the study and contents and reviews about the app was analyzed. furthermore, establishment of strategies in top promotional links, search engine exposures, contents in Facebook and blogs were interpreted. First of all, a keyword was placed on a search engine where people can easily find. When the keyword was repeatedly shown, people recognized the keyword as important and the keyword became top links. Second, excessive use of keywords, frames, images should be limited. On the other hand, utilizing the NFC to implement your own image and use public relations to create promotional market reclamation of the store, based on this and I want to keep the changed appearance of the desired market share. On the other hand, I would like to make an advertising apps with utilizing NFC for a market reclamation.
