유아의 분노관리를 위한 분노대상과 원인 및 표현방식에 관한 연구

Analysis of Targets, Causes and Expression Styles of Anger for Anger Management of Young Children

본 연구는 유아의 분노관리를 위한 분노대상과 원인 및 분노표현에 대해서 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구에 128명의 참가자들은 연구자들이 개발한 질문지를 통해 면접에 참가하였다. 이들 128명은 유아와 그의 어머니 각각64명으로, 이들에게 유아의 분노대상과 원인 및 분노표현 방식에 대해서 반구조화면접지의 질문과 면접을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 유아의 분노대상에 대해서 다섯 가지 차원을 검증하였다. 즉, 형제자매, 또래, 부모, 자신 그리고환경이다. 분노의 원인으로는 심리적, 신체적, 사회적, 물리적 그리고 언어적인 다섯 가지 차원을 검증하였다. 마지막으로 분노표현방식으로는 분노표출, 분노억제 그리고 분노조절 세 차원을 검증하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 유아의 분노대상과 원인 및 분노표출에 대해서 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the targets, causes, and expression of anger of young children for their anger management. A total 128 participants completed a survey developed by the present author. Targets, causes, and expression styles of anger of young children were investigated with open-ended questionnaires and interviews with 64 children and their mothers. As a result, it has been found that the targets of anger of young children, to whom the anger is caused and expressed, are five categories; siblings, peers, parents, themselves, and environments. The causes of anger of young children can be categorized into five dimensions; psychological, bodily, social, physical and verbal dimension. Anger-expressionstyles can be divided into three dimensions; anger-out, anger-in, and anger-control efforts. This results were discussed in anger of young children.
