항공사 객실승무원의 사회정치적 제어능력과 직무만족의 관계에서의 공동체 의식의 조절효과

Moderating Effect of Sense of Community on the Relationship between Psychological Empowerment and Job Satisfaction of the Cabin Crew

본 연구의 목적은 실증적 분석을 통해 국내 항공사 객실승무원들의 사회정치적 제어능력이 직무만족에 미치는가를 규명하고, 또한 항공사 객실승무원들이 지각하는 항공사에 대한 공동체 의식이 그들이 지각하는 사회정치적 제어능력과 직무만족의 영향관계에 어떠한 조절효과를 미치는가를 규명하는 것이다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 위하여, 본 연구는 2013년 12월 1일부터 12월 15일까지 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 총 314부의 설문을 본 연구의 실증분석을 위한 유효 표본으로 활용하였다. 설문조사결과, 항공사 승무원들이 지각하는 리더쉽 능숙도가 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 않는 반면, 그들이 인지하고 있는 정책 제어능력은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 또한 본 연구에서 제시하고 있는 연구모델에 의한 가설인 항공사 객실승무원의 공동체 의식은 사회정치적 제어능력의 하위변수인 리더쉽 능숙도 정책 제어능력과 직무만족 간의 영향관계에 조절효과를 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to aim to deduce implications by verifying empirically how the psychological empowerment of cabin crews affects job satisfaction; furthermore, how sense of community plays a role of a moderating variable during the process. Regarding research for this study, it was conducted online survey from December 1, 2013 to December 15, and 314 samples were utilized as effective samples during the empirical analysis process. As a result of survey, leadership competence was not discovered to have a relationship with job satisfaction while policy control was found to have a positive relationship with job satisfaction. In addition, the model of this study was consistent with the hypotheses that sense of community moderated the relationship between psychological empowerment and job satisfaction of cabin crews.
