This study was designed to suggest competitiveness if the Incheon International Airport as a hub airport by comparing and analyzing four major airports. On the basis if empirical study, in order to become a hub airport in Northeast Asia, Inchoen International Airport requires to reinforce the concept of airport marketing activities in terms of managing airport. In addition, this study recommended some strategies and which are as follow: Incheon International airport should activate urbanization strategies of the airport-surrounding area to support the scheme of airport environment to develop the Incheon International airport into a hub airport of Northeast Asia. Furthermore, they should try to establish a very stabilized airport management and improve customer's service quality.
