This study is to analyze the values of stqffs who work in tourist hotels in Gyeongju area focusing on their values on their works and jobs and the types and characteristics of such values. Also, this study tries to verify how such values qffect their commitments to their organizations. First, It has been found that there are meaningful differences among various aspects of their values on their works according to their demographic, and organizational variables. It is also revealed that among demographic variables. sex, age, and marriage have meaningful relations with their interests on their jobs and their social status. Second, In order to verify the hypothesis that various aspects of their values on works and jobs positively affect heir commitments to their organizations, a multiple regression was conducted It showed that their values positively affect their loyalty to organizations, and their interests on jobs and social status. Also, it showed that their values positively affect their prides in jobs, interests on wage and working conditions, etc. among their desires regarding their organizations. In addition, the result of conducting the multiple regression showed that their loyalty to organizations has meaningful relations with their interests on wage, jobs, and working conditions among various aspects of their values on their works and jobs. Also, it showed that such values have meaningful relations with interests on wage among their desires regarding their organizations.
