웰니스 투어리즘 개념을 도입한 테마형 농촌 공간 디자인 연구

A Study on Theme Rural Space Design using Wellness Tourism - Focused on Hampyeong-gun Sea Water Steam Bath Foreshore Village -

본 테마형 농촌 공간 디자인은 함평군 해수찜 갯벌마을이 가지고 있는 자연경관자원과 어메니티 자원을 활용하여 농촌의 활성화와 단편적인 소득구조를 개선하여 지속적인 소득원의 확보 역할을 할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 세부대상지는 함평군 함평읍 석성리 돌머리 해안 일대이며 3면이 바다로 둘러싸여 있으며 대상지 중심부 표고가 높은 지형 형태를 가지고 있다. 공간 디자인을 진행하기 위하여 현황분석을 통한 기초자료를 수집하고 공간디자인 적지 선정을 위한 분석을 실시하였다. 이후 계획방향의 설정과 도입활동 및 시설을 고려하여 기본구상안을 도출하고 이를 토대로 기본계획을 수립하였다. 본 공간 디자인은 함평 해수찜 갯벌마을이 가지고 있는 다양한 자원과 웰니스 투어리즘의 개념을 활용하여 특색 있고 매력 있는 농촌관광의 요소로 계획하였으며 휴양과 보양을 동시에 즐길 수 있도록 숙박, 건강증진, 편의 시설과 프로그램을 세웠다. 테마의 도입으로 단순한 농촌관광에 변화를 주고 국내 방문객뿐만 아니라 해외 방문객도 유치할 수 있도록 계획하였다.

This theme rural space design aims to utilize natural landscape resources and amenity resources of the Hampyrong-gun Sea Water Steam Foreshore Village to improve the fragmented income structure of rural activation to enable its role for securing sustainable sources of income. The detailed designation area is the Hampyeong-gun Hampyeong-eup Seokseong-ri Dolmeori coastal area which is surrounded by the sea on three sides where the elevation of the center of the destination area is high. The process the spatial design basic data was collected through status analysis and suitability analysis was conducted for selection of detailed designation area. Considering future planning direction, introduction activity, and facilities basic design was derived and based on this the basic plan was established. This theme rural space design was planned as a unique and attractive element of rural tourism utilizing various resources and wellness tourism concepts that the Hampyrong-gun Sea Water Steam Foreshore Village has and accommodation, health promotion, facilities, and programs were established so that it would enable enjoyment of recreation and recuperation simultaneously. It was planned so that with the introduction of a theme it would bring changes to the simple rural tourism and so that it would attract domestic visitors as well as foreign visitors.
