중국에서 중국조선족의 정체성 회복을 위한 동풍공정의 역할

A role of Dongpoonggongjeong for the restitution of identity in China : Through exchange of publication between South Korea and North Korea

일반적으로 언론 출판 활동은 사회 통합과 문화 전수의 기능을 한다. 그런 의미에서 조선족의 미디어는 민족의 문화유산 전수의 기능을 분명하게 담당하고 있다. 조선족의 언론 출판 활동은 현재 중국내의 소수 민족 언론 출판의 범주에 속하는 현실과 중국의 신문 출판 환경의 변화에 따라 많은 진통을겪고 있다. 이와 같은 상황에서 본 연구는 중국에서 펴고 있는 소수 민족 언론 출판의 구축 정책인 ‘동풍공정’의 내용을 살펴봄으로써 조선문 언론 출판의 향후 발전 방향을 모색하고 남북한 출판 교류에도움을 주고자 한다. 흑룡강출판사, 연변인민출판사, 동북조선족교육출판사 등의 생생한 현장의 사례를 들어 한국과 조선이 활발한 문화 교류를 이룰 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 정부의 정책적지원을 통해 남북을 포함한 조선문 출판의 새로운 도약을 기대해본다.

In general, press publication activities carry out the function of social integration and cultural transmission. In this sense, it is evident that the media of Joseonjok (Korean-Chinese people) take care of the function to pass down the national cultural heritage. The press publication activities of Joseonjok are now suffering much from the reality that they belong to the category of the press publication of the ethnic minorities in China and the change in the publication environment of Chinese newspapers. Under such situation, this study intended to find a direction of future development of Korean-language press publication and give a help to the exchange of publication between South Korea and North Korea by exploring the details of 'China's Dongpoonggongjeong Project' that drives the establishment policy for the press publication of the ethnic minorities in China. Through the vivid on-site case studies of those such as Heirongjiang Publishing Company, Yanbian People Publishing Company and Dongbook Joseonjok Educational Publishing Company, this study intended to suggest a solution to achieve a vigorous exchange between the South and the North. It is also expected that a new leap of Korean-language publication in both South Korea and North Korea would be achieved through the political support of the government.
