직업실태분석을 통한 전문대학의 평생학습모형 구축전략

Strategies for Building a Lifelong Learning Model of Junior Colleges through Vocational Path Analysis: The Case of Korea Polytechnics

본 연구는 폴리텍 대학 출신 졸업생의 직업실태를 분석하여 전문대학의 평생학습 모델 전략을 탐색하고자 시도되었다. 구체적인 목적은 첫째, 폴리텍 대학의 직업진로 실태를 조사하고, 둘째, 폴리텍대학 졸업생 및 재학생, 산업체 관계자들의 요구조사 및 FGI 분석을 실시하여, 셋째, 전문대학의 평생학습모형 구축을 위한 전략들을 탐색한다. 이에 대한 연구결과로서 전문대학 평생학습 모델 전략은 첫째, 평생직업교육을 선도하기 위한 명확한 비전, 목표 및 모형의 설정, 둘째, 선행학습경험인증제(RPL) 도입, 셋째, 일반고 취업희망자의 일∙학습병행 평생학습경로 유인체제 구축, 넷째, 지방자치단체 및 기업 연계에 의한 기업맞춤형 프로그램, 선취업후진학과 및 계약학과의 운영, 다섯째, 대학본부 전담부서체제에 의한 평생학습경로개발 모형체제 구축･운영, 여섯째, 일·학습병행을 위한 고등평생학습경로 모형 구축, 일곱째, 종업원의 직무역량강화를 위한 직업소양, 전공기초 및 직무능력표준(NCS)의 교과목 교육과정편성의 교육체제 운영, 여덟째, 졸업생의 평생학습경로개발을 위한 추수관리(follow-up) 체제 운영 등으로 제시되었다.

This study was implemented to explore strategies for building a lifelong learning model of junior colleges through vocational path analysis. There were three main detailed objectives of the study. Firstly, an analysis of current condition and graduates’ vocational path at polytechnic college. Secondly, an analysis of the need and interview rate for graduates’ job competence at polytechnic college. Finally, an exploration of strategies for a lifelong learning model of junior colleges. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The building of an obvious vision, objectives, and model for leading lifelong vocational education. (2) The introduction of recognition of priori experience learning system. (3) Building an incentive system for parallelism of job and learning. (4) The operation of a tailored program by linkage of Cities/Counties/Districts or Companies. (5) The creation of a model for lifelong learning career development. (6) The operation of a department for entering university after a job. (7) The operation of curriculum for cultivating major basis, professional competence, and national competence standards. (8) The operation of a follow-up system for graduates’ lifelong learning career development at junior college.
