의료정보시스템 성공 모델에 관한 연구

연구의 목적은 HOT-fit 모델을 기반으로 의료정보시스템 성공 모델을 연구하는 것이다. 의료정보시스템 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위하여 HOT-fit 모델을 기반으로 인적요인(혁신성, 자기 효능감), 조직요인(상대적 이점, 병원규모), 기술요인(호환성, 보안성)으로 구분한다. 의료정보시스템 성과를 파악하기 위하여 DeLone과 McLean(2003)이 제안한 IS 성공 모델을 기반으로 의료정보시스템에 대한 만족과 성과와의 관계를 파악한다. 또한 흥미성과 신뢰가 의료정보시스템 성과에 미치는 영향력을 파악하기 위하여 병원 근무자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 가설검증결과, 인적요인인 혁신성과 자기 효능감은 의료정보시스템 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 조직요인인 상대적 이점도 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 기술요인인 호환성과 보안성은 의료정보시스템 만족에 긍정적인 영향력을 보여주었다. 의료정보시스템에 대한 만족은 흥미성, 성과,신뢰에 정(＋)의 영향을 미쳤고, 흥미성은 의료정보시스템 성과에 정(＋)의 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 의료정보시스템에 관심을 가지고 있는 연구자와 실무자에게 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있을것이다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate user’s acceptance of medical information system based on the HOT-fit(Human, Organization, Technology fit) model and DeLone & McLean’s IS(Information System) success model. First, we examine the relationships between human factors(innovativeness and self-efficacy), organization factors(relative advantage and hospital size), and technology factors(compatibility and security) and satisfaction of medical information system. Second, we study the relationships among satisfaction, enjoyment, trust, and performance of medical information system. we collected 219 questionnaires form staffs(doctors, nurses, and employees) in hospitals. The results shows that innovativeness, self-efficacy, relative advantage, compatibility and security had a positive effect on the satisfaction of medical information system. The causal links were found between satisfaction and enjoyment and trust of medical information system as well as between satisfaction and enjoyment and performance of medical information system. This study could contribute to researchers and practitioners in healthcare sections.
