The purpose of this study is to confirm the impact of human relations between main contract transportation firms and subcontracted transportation companies on Company operations. This research likewise intends to take in the whole situation of the Container transportation market. The research model and hypotheses have been developed based on literature review and working-level interviews with a questionnaire survey conducted with departments of 131 subcontracted transportation companies. The collected data were analysed with structural equation modeling by examining the hypothesized relationships and mediating effect. The results of research are as follows: First, business place management, supporting transportation and truck dispatching in subcontracted transportation companies has a positive effect on efficient management. Second, business place management of subcontracted transportation companies has a positive effect on stable management. Third, human relations between main contracted transportation firms and subcontracted transportation companies has a partly mediating effect on relationships between supporting transportation, truck dispatching and an efficient management. human relations has a perfectly mediating effect on relationships between supporting transportation, truck dispatching and a stable management. and it is clear from the findings that container transportation market situations and distinctiveness.
