본 연구에서는 심리치료사의 심리적 소진에 효과적으로 대처할 수 있는 예방책을 모색하고자 심리치료사를 대상으로 자기성찰 및 자아탄력성이 심리적 소진에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 알아보았다. 분석한 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 심리치료사의 일반적 특성에 따른 자기성찰과 자아탄력성, 심리적 소진은 유의미한 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 심리치료사의 심리적 소진에 대한 일반적 특성과 자기성찰, 자아탄력성의 상대적인 영향력을 살펴본 결과, 결혼을 한 심리치료사가 심리적 소진을 적게 경험하며, 자기성찰이 심리적 소진을 낮출 수 있음을 알 수 있었고, 자아탄력성이 높을수록 심리적 소진을 적게 경험함을 확인할 수 있었다. 심리치료사의 자기성찰과 자아탄력성을 높이고 심리적 소진을 낮출 수 있는 일반적인 특성들을 알아보았고, 심리치료사의 심리적 소진에 일반적인 특성과 자기성찰, 자아탄력성이 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 심리적 소진을 예방할 수 있는 자료를 제공했다는 데에 의의가 있다.
The purpose of this study was to seek a preventive measure to effectively deal with the psychological burnout of psychology therapists, this study investigated the effects of Self-Reflection and Ego-Resilience of psychology therapists on the psychological burnout. The results of this study are as follows. First, the Self-Reflection, Ego-Resilience, and psychological burnout based on the general characteristics of psychology therapists displayed significant difference. Second, the results of relative influence of Self-Reflection and Ego-Resilience in terms of the general characteristics of the psychological burnout of psychology therapists, the married psychology therapist has less psychological burnout. Also this study showed that Self-Reflection have negative effect on psychological burnout and a psychology with high Self-Reflection experiences low psychological burnout.. As above, this study investigated the general characteristics of psychology therapists that can increase the Self-Reflection and Ego-Resilience, and decrease the psychological burnout, and the effects of the general characteristics, Self-Reflection and Ego-Resilience on the psychological burnout of psychology therapists. This study is significant because as it provide basis in preparing a plan to prevent the psychological burnout.
