Multinational corporations play a critical role in international market, how to successfullystrategize and manage foreign employees becomes increasingly important to these MNCs.From previous studies, it can be gleaned that human resource management and organizationalculture are important to keep employees satisfied and lower the turnover rate. These areimportant for MNCs to operate well in overseas markets.Results showed that organizational culture is the mediator between human resources practicesand job satisfaction of employees. On the other hand, organizational culture fully mediates therelationship between training and development and job satisfaction. Findings also supported thefact that HR practices are positively related to job satisfaction. Therefore, Korean small andmedium-sized companies should pay more attention to human resources management in China.
