개인창의성 및 사회창의성이 창의적 산출에 미치는 효과 분석

An Effect analysis on Individual creativity and Social creativity affecting Creative output

본 연구는 개인창의성과 사회창의성이 창의적 산출변인에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 실증적 분석을 목적으로 연구를 하였다. 개인창의성, 사회창의성간의 관계에 따라 3가지 모형(기본모형, 부분매개모형, 완전매개모형)을 설정하였으며, 창의적 압력의 참여 여부에 따라 2집단으로 구분하여 분석을 진행하였다. 결과에 의하면 기본모형, 부분매개모형의 적합도가 높 은 것으로 나타났으며, 창의적 압력 실천 집단의 개인창의성, 사회창의성의 관련이 정적이었고, 불참집단의 관련성은 부적이었다. 연구결과에 의하면 개인창의성이 산출에 직접적인 영향을 미치기보다는 사회창의성과 함께 산출변인에 영향을 미치며, 창의적 압력이 가해지면 개인창의성과 사회창의성은 정적인 관련을 갖지만, 창의적 압력이 가해지지 않으면 개인창의성은 사회창의성과 부적인 관련을 갖는다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 함의점을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this research was to find out how individual creativity and social creativity influence the output variables of creativity, which is based on empirical analysis. The research data was gathered from 445 elementary, middle, and high school teachers in Gyeonggi province. The research through a confirmative factor analysis also aimed to verify the differences between structural models, using AMOS 21.0. The results are as followed. For the first, it showed high goodness of fit between basic mediating model and a partially mediating model. Next, it indicated creative pressure group had a positive relation between individual creativity and social creativity, whereas nonparticipation group had a negative relation between those. Moreover, it gives us a lesson that individual creativity is cultivated in an adequate atmosphere, which needs to be applied in a school educational setting. It is concluded that we should try to build school organizational culture such as learning communities, which has a more positive influence than teacher’s creativity in creative output.
