이 연구의 목적은 청각장애초등학생의 언어발달 단계와 특성을 고려한 음악교육프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 초등학교 음악교과서에 나오는 학년별 노래의 음역, 조성, 리듬, 형식을 분석하였다. 우리말 모음 체계와 우리말 자음발달순서를 고려하여 음악교육 프로그램을 설계하였다. 뿐만 아니라 코다이의 리듬교수단계와 선율교수단계에 따라서 단계적으로 진행될 수 있도록 음악교육프로그램을 설계하였다. 이 프로그램은 학년에 따라 1~2학년, 3~4학년, 5~6학년으로 나누어서 청각장애초등학생의 음악발달과 언어발달을 위한 음악교육프로그램을 개발하였다. 그러므로 이 연구에서 개발한 음악교육프로그램이 청각장애초등학생에게 실시되어 음악발달과 언어발달을 향상시키는데 긍정적인 영향을 미치길 기대하는 바이다.
The purpose of this research is to develop a music education program for musical development of hearing impaired elementary students. Range, composition, rhythm, and formality of songs by each grade in elementary music textbook have been analyzed. In addition, the music education program has been designed by considering the vowel system and sequence of consonant development of Korean. Furthermore, it has been created according to Kodaly’s rhythmic and melodic steps of instruction to be progressed by stages. Therefore, the music education program has been developed for musical and language development of hearing impaired elementary students by dividing Grade 1~2, Grade 3~4, and Grade 5~6. As a result, the best hope is that the music education program, designed in this research, will have positive influences on elementary students with hearing impaired to improve their musical and language development.
