국방ㆍ군사시설이전사업 구성요소가 주민만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 국방ㆍ군사시설이전사업으로 실시하는 군부대 이전사업과 관련하여 지역주민들이 원하는 요소가 무엇인지를 실증 분석한 결과 전문성과 책임성과 효율성을 가장 중요하게 생각하고 있었으며, 노력성과 소통성은 상대적으로 중요도에서 뒤지지만 함께 고려하여야 할 요소로 분석이 되었다. 국방부 등 관련부서에서는 이를 반영하여 사업을 추진한다면 주민들과 협력적이고 갈등이 줄일 수 있는 사업이 될 것으로 본다.
