한국 고등학생의 인구학적 특성 및 일탈행동 요인과 스트레스와의 관계에 관한 고찰

Association of Demographic Characteristics and Delinquent Behaviors and Level of Stress among Korean Senior High School Students

본 연구는 청소년건강행태 온라인조사 자료를 토대로 고등학생의 인구사회학적 특성 및 일탈행동요인에 따른 스트레스 수준의 차이를 t-검증과 F-검증을 통해 비교하였다. 연구결과, 인구학적 특성 요인에 있어서는 여학생이 남학생보다, 양 부모와 동거하지 않는 경우에, 가계의 경제수준이 낮은 경우에, 전문계 고등학생의 경우에, 고학년인 경우에, 학업성적이 낮은 경우에, 일탈행동요인에 있어서는 인터넷 중독인 경우에, 문제음주를 한 경우에, 흡연을 한 경우의 고등학생이 그렇지 않은 경우에 비해 통계학적으로 유의하게 높은 스트레스수준을 보였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 결과를 토대로 고등학생의 스트레스 완화 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

This study tried to investigate the relationships between demographic characteristics and delinquent behaviors factors of the Korean high school students and their level of stress. The 2009 Korean Youth Health Risk Behavior On-line Survey data was used for this study. It selected 35,668 cases of senior high school students from the raw dataset and conducted a secondary data analysis. Frequency analysis, t-test, F-test were conducted for this study. Gender, living with parents, economic status, school type, grade, academic record, internet addiction, problem drinking, smoking were significantly associated with their level of stress. Findings may be used for coping with stress among the Korean senior high school students.
