재개발사업의 추진단계별 갈등 원인과 실증분석에 관한 연구

A Study on Conflicts Cause and Content Anyalsis by Business Type Reconstrution Project

본 논문에서는 재개발사업에서 많이 발생하는 분쟁, 민원, 갈등에서 나타나는 원인과 문제점을 살펴보고, 특히 재개발사업에서 나타나는 추진단계별 갈등현황을 설문지를 통해 실증 분석하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 재개발사업에서 나타나는 갈등을 예방 할 수 있는 이론적 대안을 제시하고 재개발 사업이 보다 원활하게 진행될 수 있도록 하는 데에 연구의 목적이 있다.

The current reconstrution project has caused many conflicts due to the problems contretely expressed by the following matters. The results of the analytic hierarchy process showed that the stage of promotion the project shoud most be taken into consideration to resolve the cinflict, the prior task of the successful reconstrution project. In this sense as the stage of project planning. it was analyzed as the most important item of coarse classification.
