전자상거래 활성화에 따른 예측배송시스템의 국내 적용 가능성 및 유형에 관한 연구

The Study on Possibility and Application of Anticipatory Delivery System according to Activation of the E-commerce

최근 TV, 인터넷, 모바일 등을 통한 전자상거래의 성장과 더불어 택배 물량이 급증함에 따라 배송서비스가 전자상거래 기업의 핵심 경쟁력으로 부각되고 있다. 이에 따라 전자상거래 기업들은 자체 물류 인프라를 확장하거나, 당일배송, 익일배송 등 다양한 배송서비스를 제공하며 고객 대응력을 높이기 위한 경쟁력을 강화하고 있다. 더 나아가 고객의 과거 구매정보, 성향 등을 파악하고 분석하여 구매될 상품을 미리 소비자와 가장 가까운 물류거점에 보관하여 배송시간을 단축시키는 예측배송의 개념까지 등장하기에 이르렀다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 전자상거래 배송시스템의 변화를 통해 예측배송의 적용을 예상해 볼 수 있었으며, 국내 전자 상거래 기업을 대상으로 예측배송의 국내 적용 가능성을 파악하고 그에 따른 적합한 유형을 제안하였다. 소셜커머스형 기업, 유통 업체, 오픈마켓, 홈쇼핑 업체를 대상으로 예측배송의 여러 구성 요소들과 비교를 통해 예측배송의 국내 적용 가능성을 분석하였으며, 배송형태, 운영주체, 배차관리 형태에 따라 적용 유형을 구분하였다. 이를 바탕으로 국내 환경에 적용 가능한 예측배송시스템 의 유형을 제안하기 위하여 몇 가지 기준에 따라 유형을 점수화 하였으며, 유형별 점수의 평균값을 적용하여 최적의 대안을 선정 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 국내 전자상거래 물류형태의 변화를 살펴볼 수 있으며, 최근 전자상거래 물류환경에 적용 가능한 다양한 유형을 파악할 수 있다는데 의의가 있다.

Recently, The E-commerce used by television, Internet, mobile network goes around in a variety field. The delivery service is being magnified as competitiveness of the e-commerce company with the growth of delivery cargoes. So The E-commerce companies are building the physical distribution environment for improvement of a customer response and satisfaction to enhance the competitiveness of logistics system. The Anticipatory Shipping that can reduce the delivery lead time to deliver a merchandise in the nearest distribution center of the customer further make a appearance. Therefore, The purposes of this study are to figure out the possibility of the application of the anticipatory shipping and to suggest the applicative type of the anticipatory shipping suited for domestic E-commerce market with diverse E-commerce companies. The applicative types has been assorted from delivery types, main operations and allocation systems. It has been selected that the best alternative apply the average value of scores for each type and scored for types with specific standards for a proposal of types of the anticipatory shipping. This study is practicable to analyze the change of logistics system in domestic e-commerce and to pick out the diverse types that can be applied in a recent logistics environment of the e-commerce.
