A Case Study on the Corruption of Head of Local Autonomy

A case study on the corruption within the local government level demonstrated the seriousness of its condition. Its condition threatens the regional development and settlement surround the local autonomy. In order to confirm these corruption data is reliable, the head of the local government gathered several interviews and surveys of entire heads of the local government. Using these interviews and surveys, the frequency analysis, technique statistical data analysis, and factor analysis are performed to search the solution to corruption. As a result of the analysis, the causes of corruption, and its prevention strategies are discovered. It consists of individual behavioral factors, institutional factors, and environmental factors.
