An Exploratory Study on the Relationship between Electronic Bidding System and Integrity: Focusing on the Central Government and Local Government

From this research, It tried to analyze positively in the relationship of Electronic Bidding System(EBS) and integrity focusing on the Central Government and the Local Government. It gave the proof in positive meaning correlation between EBS and integrity, but the relationship of two variable for is not strong. Also the result, which is the correlation of two variable for is stronger with the year. It appeared with the fact that the correlation between EBS and integrity of the Central Government is stronger relationship of the Local Government than with analytical result and sameness of 2002 years. The correlation coefficient of Central Government is .701 and correlation coefficient of Local Government is .539. It appears that all correlation coefficient of the Central Government and Local Government was increased compares with 2002 years and it shows that the relationship between EBS and integrity is so strong. Case of Central Government .033, the Local Government .067 degree corrrelation coefficient price increased, the price of the Local Government compared to with the fact that it increases a lot.
