The Relationships on CPI and criminal trend of public officials

The purpose of this study is to investigate the major features of crimes committed by public officials and access the relationships on CPI and criminal trend of public officials. The conclusions are as follows : 1. The unfairness and corruption of public officials has been decreased continuously. The national effort seems to reduce it. 2. The criminal motive of public officials has the following orders ; carelessness > the others > accidental occurrence > and greed. This shows that the crime committed by public officials has a close relationship to do with their everyday lives. 3. There is a strong and close relationship between frequencies of the special Act Criminals and CPI.
