This essay will discuss about how we see the significance and substance of personal rights. Also, it is focus on the definite problems based on the tort law areas, where the thesis and development of the concept of personal rights may it be. In particular, this argumentation of the personal rights is based on Japanese discussions, which are some what similar to our civil law cases, but those discussions were focused on the legal problems of the protect of individualities and different concept of the personal rights.
