The authors strives a taxonomic approach in which e-corruptions can be analyzed rather than a conventional, behavioralistic approach in which the phenomena are examined in terms of perception-based survey results. In doing so, this study use a 2 x 2 matrix of e-corruption types, using two criteria of offenders' and supervisors' ability to use ICT. Using the resultant 4 types of e-corruptions, they provide theoretical and policy implications.
