This study depicts about the issues on formal guardianship and Legal capacities in civil law (II) It describes the principles of that new civil amendment's directions (III), there are discussion about the main concept of new adult guardianship which based on civil law amendment, held on August 2009, on legal capacity system (IV). Last of all, it adds a remarks upon the few issues of new adult guardianship as a conclusion(V).
