Any organization in the service of the external environment as an open system shall be able to tailor the environment which should be able to be organized. However, in all circumstances, the appropriate organizational form can not be perfect. For the purpose of each organization their functions, dynamic and different environmental factors are changing under the natural influence. Therefore, the entity-specific and efficient organizational form of identification methodology has been studied for decades. In general, some scholars believe that the main basic issues of the labor organization are to find the best way to organize activities. The social, economic, psychological and physiological reasons improves the capacity of labor force, machinery and equipment; and by being connected to the production and management is reducing operational difficulties associated with the production activities and improving the cheaper significance for the organization. The results are expressed in the effective expenses of the labor productivity growth and socio-economic resources by coordinating activities between production tools and human labor. This study attempted to determine the initial level of the unit in the job design. In determining the level, the study was based in the measurement of the work which is the core methodology of the studies. To study the organizational job design, the use of the measurement methodology in the norms and standards, workload, labor practices and working conditions, improving labor considered factors such as level of discipline to ensure their coherence, and thus the improvisation of the work performances of worker units, brigades and departments gives the possibilities to determine the ways to increase the economic efficiency.
