학교폭력 청소년의 관용성과 학교생활적응간의 관계

Relationship between tolerance of school violence adolescents and school adaptation

이 연구에서는 청소년 학교폭력이 근절되지 못하고 있는 시점에서 학교폭력을 예방하기 위한 교육적 처방을 위한 탐색과정으로 관용성과 학교생활적응 간의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서의 대상은 학교폭력으로 상담교육 중인 중, 고등학생 41명이었다. 연구대상에 청소년용 관용성 척도와 학교생활적응 척도를 사용하였고, 분석방법으로는 t-검증, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 살 펴보면 첫째, 청소년의 관용성과 학교폭력 간에 유의미한 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 학교생활적응과 학교폭력 간에 유의미한 상관이 나타났다. 셋째, 관용성과 학교생활적응이 청소년들의 학교폭력에 유 의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었다. 이 연구를 통해 학교폭력 요인과 방지대책을 마련하는 데 시사 점을 제공하였고, 이를 통해 교육현장에서 관용성 증진교육과 학교생활적응 증진에 힘써야 한다는 사실을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between tolerance and school adaptation in an effort to determine what educational measures should be taken to prevent school violence, as school violence among adolescents has not yet been eradicated. The subjects in this study were 41 selected secondary students who were receiving counseling education due to school violence. The instruments used in this study were a youth tolerance scale and a school adaptation scale, and the analysis methods used in this study were t-test, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The findings of the study were as follows: First, there was a significant correlation between the tolerance and school violence of the adolescents; second, there was a significant correlation between their school adaptation and school violence; and third, tolerance and school adaptation were identified as the factors to exert a significant influence on school violence. The findings of the study are expected to give some suggestions on how to prevent school violence, and confirmed that every school should try to improve the tolerance and school adaptation of students.
