Analysis of the morale's management : focusing on the public corporation sector

It is very important to reduce corruption for keeping national competitive power and inducing national development. The corruption of enterprise has generated the reduction of company's competitive power and the decrease of the effectiveness of market system which are fundamental elements for inducing the collapse of trust. Accordingly, the phenomena of corruption bring about the increase of production's cost and the decrease of the effectiveness of the distribution of national resource. By considering the view, the main purpose of this paper is a research for adopting ethical management with the study of the practical policy and the actual analysis for the prevention of corruption in the organization of public enterprise.
