A criminal types of these days are more and more systemized, so that traditional investigating system can't work out the problems absolutely, especially awareness of crime, gathering of proofs and hunt down the true criminal. Entrapment for secrecy crime - drugs, smuggling, prostitution, bribery - have executed continuos. Entrapment is still debated because of its merits of society's protection and demerits of possibility that violating the human rights. However, the constitution must take sanctions for the human rights against illegal investigation that inducing criminal intention. In a thesis, looking for harmony between necessity of entrapment for the protection of society's and hazard of the violate human rights.
