The autonomous anti-corruption measures is desirable in any public organizations. Traditionally, however, in most public organizations, the anti-corruption mechanism employed are those that are systematic and reinforced within the organization. This research focuses on how to utilize the ideal self-moralizing anti-corruption mechanism for controlling corruption. In particular, this author suggests new paradigms for anti-corruption in public organizations focusing on the autonomous anti-corruption mechanism. In this paper, the author suggests the autonomous anti-corruption measures such as self-moralized mechanism, pursuing self-innovation of organizational culture, attempting organizational change by strong leadership, anti-corruption learning mechanism, strengthening social control mechanism, embedding strong self-inspection system, and efficient and effective responsiveness of external control. These are all measures for anti-corruption and should be desirable to minimize the prevalent corruption phenomena in public organizations.
