부동산 시설 이용의 개선방안에 관한 연구

A Study on the Improvement of Use for Real Estate Facility -Focused on Youth Center in Seoul City-

국내 청소년 수련 시설의 이용실태 및 현황과 운영현황에 대하여 사례조사를 실시하고 전문가면담 및 설문조사를 통하여 서울특별시 송파구 청소년 수련시설의 운영 실태를 종합적으로 파악하여 문제점을 분석하였다. 그리고 제기된 문제점에 대하여 청소년 수련시설이 나아가야 할 방향과 개선방안을 제시하였다. 뿐만 아니라 청소년과 부모들의 인식개선, 재정적·정책적 지원, 양질의 청소년 프로그램개발, 지역사회와의 연계성 등 청소년 문제에 대한 해결을 기대할 수 있는 효과를 연구하였다.

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES We should develop an appropriate educational environment for the proper dreams and thoughts of our young students who might take our future. However the serious problems have arisen from the overly competitive entrance exams and the excessive private education. Therefore youth training facilities should not only help identify and increase the young students' characteristics, skills and aptitude, but also put the importance at creating proper facilities and spaces, at the same time, suppressing the swelling demand of the private education. (2) RESEARCH METHOD Literature research, expert interviews, major books, survey (3) RESEARCH RESULTS The results of this study for the improvement of youth training facilities is proposed. 2. RESULTS Currently a lot of problems for youth in our country is becoming. In addition, the 5-day school week because of the importance of the youth out of school activities becomes more important, according to youth training facilities came it hit. Youth training facilities to enable the use of the country to be young and fit to run the program, young people dream of freedom and an active life that allows you to would have to be reborn as a space.
