近年、日本の右傾化が加速していくなかで、南邦和は詩集神話で、イザナギ․イザナミ神話の時代から幕蕃体制下の農民一揆、太平洋戦争下․ 異郷での生活体験、そして憲法九条問題など、混迷する現代世界までを予 言的、啓示的に描いて憂慮を表明している。ここでは、どの詩にも今後人 類の行く手の在り様が真実の言葉でつづられていることがわかる。彼の韓 国及びアジア関連作品には植民地時代、日本が犯した罪に自分は加害者の 子孫としての罪意識を頻繁に表しているが、本稿では、詩人の韓国とアジ アへの視線がどのように捉え、どういうふうに描写したのかについて考察してみた。また、詩人の一貫した視点は弱者、すなわちマイノリティ側に あるというところである。これらの特徴を分析しながら南の右傾化への警 鐘および平和思想、ヒューマニズムについても考察してみようと試みた。
In recent years, more and more Japanese people have been drifted to the Right. In this context, noteworthy is the poem book “Shinwa” (“Myth”), written by Kunikazu Minami. In this poem book, he expressed several concerns which are prophetically indicative of a number of hardships which the Japanese society has encountered in its history, ranging from the myth of Izanagi-Izanami, the peasants’ revolts under the Shogunate-system, life experiences in foreign lands, to the issue of Article 9 of the Japanese Constitution. In his literary works, Minami frequently expressed his sense of guilt as a descendant of assailants who commit war crimes during the colonial era. In this article, we explore the way in which the poet viewed Korea and other Asian countries and depicted the societies of these countries. Furthermore, it is reveled that the poet’s consistent perspective was centered on socially disadvantaged people, or the minority. Based on the examination of these characteristics, we also consider Minami’s warning against the Japanese drift to the Right, the pacifism, and the humanism through the analysis of the poem book “Shinwa.”
