부산지역 재생폐기물을 이용한 전력(發電)과 차량용(車輛用) 바이오(Bio)연료생산의 경제적 파급효과 및 경제성분석

Study of Busan Regional Economic Effect of Renewal Energy Sources for Fuel and Electricity

본 연구는 부산지역의 마분과 음식물쓰레기를 이용한 전기와 수송연료 생산이 지역 고용과 경 제에 미치는 파급효과와 경제성 분석하였다. 본 연구가 기존의 연구와 구별되는 것은 첫째, 대형 집적처리방식이 아닌 공동주택단위의 개별 음식물 폐기물 처리설비를 대상으로 경제적 파급효과와 경제성을 분석하였다. 또한 지금까지 연구된 적이 없는 마분을 대상으로 경제적 분석을 하였다. 둘 째, 분야별 부분적인 연구에 머무르지 않고 전력과 수송용 연료생산의 기술적 과정과 경제적 분석 을 아우르는 학제적 연구를 하였다. 셋째, 경제적인 분석에서는 투입산출모형을 이용한 경제적 파급효과 분석과 더불어 비용편익적인 면에서 경제성을 동시에 검토하였다. 연구의 결과 부산 지역의 음식물폐기물 및 마분의 에너지화는 지역의 고용을 창출 등 경제적 파급효과를 가질 뿐만 아니 라 경제성이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This paper analyzed the effect of energy using recyclable waste, such as manure and food waste in Busan, on regional employment and economy. Aspects that differentiate this research from the previous ones are first, it analyzed a ripple effect based on individual food waste disposal facilities of multi-unit dwelling, not the large self-disposal method; Second, it researches inter-disciplinarity, combining with economic and technical analysis by not remaining in partial study of the fields; Third, it reviewed the validity of economic spillover effect using an input-output model as well as the cost benefit analysis at the same time. The result of the study shows that Busan’s conversion of energy using revivable waste, like food waste and manure, produces local employment and has economical ripple effect of associated industries.
