The purpose of this study is to present a plan for the establishment of a credit union micro-enterprise. To this end, Was investigated the current issue of micro-enterprise financial support and domestic and foreign micro-enterprise financial support status. The difficulty to the self-employed, including person engaged in micro-enterprise makes the understructure of the economy weak and hinder the development of national economy. Accordingly, micro-enterprise need the direct or indirect financial support of nation for the stabilization of the economic system.
