A study on Ethics system of Corporation

According to Minho Lee from this report. the government should introduce Organizational Ethics Program to all of organizations and build an Ethics and Compliance infrastructure to whole country for anti-corruption policy. Lee suggests that for effective introduction of Organizational Ethics Program. Governmental Agency such as Korea Independent Commission against Corruption also should form an alliance with related departments and make an efficient ethics and compliance program. Furthermore. it is required that the best practice which can be applied to the all sectors -both public and private- in the country. must be developed and adapted.
