A Study on Analyzing the Bureaucratic Corruption in Korea

Nowadays, modern society has come to a great transition to another shape whereas the bureaucratic corruption is more and more severe day by day in every aspects in society. Also, the Korean government intervenes the bureaucratic corruption actively in every government sectors in the fear of government servants and another interest groups. However, the bribe indicators is very high in comparison to any other the advanced countries among the OECD nations by TI. At first, we have to talce into account the internal bureaucratic institutions. For instance, the central government delivered the authority and formal works to the local governments and local governments should be burdened the responsibility soley for the policy implementation. This paper is summed up by these conclusions. First, taking the bribe from the relations is increasing every year in 1987 including the local bureaucrats. Second, low level bureaucrats' corruption is increasing definitely in comparison to the middle and high level classes in Korea.
