빈곤아동의 아동역량과 관련 변인간의 관계

Relations between their children's competence and its concerned variables

본 연구는 지역아동센터를 이용하는 아동들을 대상으로 그들의 역량과 관련 변인들 간의 관계를 분석함으로써 아동역량을 향상시키기 위한 접근방안을 모색하고자 한다. 관련 변수는 사회적지지, 가족요인, 참여권 행사 요인 등으로 구성하였다. 이를 위하여 관련변수들의 특성을 살피고, 관련변수들의 차이를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 사회적지지, 가족요인, 참여권 행사 요인에 따라 아동역량에 유의미한 차이가 있어 직무성과와 각 관련 요인들 간의 관련성을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 빈곤아동의 아동역량을 증진하기 위해서는 사회적 지지체계와 가족과의 관계를 도모할 수 있는 방안이 모색되고, 아동의 권한에 대한 옹호프로그램이 개발되어야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to search for approaches towards the improved the children's competence of Children Users at Community Child Center, by analyzing relations between their children's competence and its concerned variables. The concerned variables was insisted of social support, family factors and Rights to Participate. For that purpose, the investigator searched the characteristics of variables and empirically analyzed differences among the variables As a result, there were significant differences in the children's competence according to the social support, family factors and Rights to Participate. we wil draw up a plan of promoting the social support system and family relations and develop the advocacy program of children's rights for improving the children's competence of Children Users at Community Child Center.
